In an area
of 6700 m2 at a tank farm owned by the Tartalékgazdálkodási Public
Company (TIG) in Kótpuszta, MEGATERRA Ltd. found a hydrocarbon contamination in
the soil and groundwater in sandy-muddy formations, and our company was
assigned do the damage control and remediation.
During our
operation about 10 000 m3 contaminated water was treated, using
air-stripping technology.
